Sellers Policy

1. Littardo Hawk Private Limited built the Littardo Merchant app as a commercial app (E-commerce store). This SERVICE is provided by Littardo Hawk Private Limited and is intended for use as is.

2. This page is used to inform visitors/sellers regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our service.

3. If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

  • 4.2 Email of the seller
  • 4.3 Seller's shop name
  • 4.4 Seller's shop address
  • 4.5 GSTIN

5. SELLER ELIGIBILITY

Persons aged above 18 are allowed to use this platform. If your age is below 18 years, then you are not eligible to use this platform. Littardo Hawk Private Limited reserves the right to terminate your registration and refuse your use of this platform if you are under 18 years of age.

6. RESPONSIBLE USE AND CONDUCT

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • 6.1 Attempting to access our website/app, product/services by any means other than through the means we provide.
  • 6.2 Attempting to copy, duplicate, sell, or trade our resources/products/services.
  • 6.3 Sharing or publishing any false or misleading information regarding our platform.
  • 6.4 Sharing or publishing any sexually explicit content which may cause harm to a group or individual.
  • 6.5 Promoting any illegal activity or using abusive language on our platform.

7. COMMISSION

You will be charged a commission for selling on our platform (different commission for different categories and subcategories).

  • 7.1 Example: If you ship an order of Rs.1000 through us with a commission rate of X%, the total commission you will pay is: 1000 - (X% of 1000 + 18% of X).
  • 7.2 Let X = 10%, the total commission will be Rs.118.
  • 7.3 We will not charge any shipping or packing charges for the product sold by you.

8. PAYMENTS

We provide two types of payment methods: cash payment and bank payment.

  • 8.1 The information that we collect for bank payment are:
  • 8.2 Bank name
  • 8.3 Bank account number
  • 8.4 Bank account name
  • 8.5 Bank IFSC code
  • 8.6 You will receive your payments for the products sold by you between 6 PM - 9 PM every day.

9. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If any customer requests to return, refund, or replace the product, you are bound to do so if the product is damaged or expired from your side. Please refer to our return and refund policy for more information.

10. We will keep you updated if we make any changes to the seller's policy agreement by sending it to your registered email address or phone number.

11. By using this website/app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the seller's policy agreement mentioned above.
